The image below was taken at our test site in Southern Italy and shows a vehicle approaching our D-Cop speed enforcement camera. As part of our latest system update, we’ve implemented automatic masking of the vehicle’s windshield to obscure the front occupant’s identity, in full respect of privacy regulations.
This modification anticipates the new requirements soon to be formalized by the Italian Ministry of Transportation in an upcoming decree. All our enforcement cameras are being updated to ensure full regulatory compliance without compromising the effectiveness of detection.
