We are excited to have unveiled a significant upgrade to our D-cop Mobile, the portable speed camera system, at the event. Moving from the traditional xenon-based flash to an advanced Infrared (IR) illuminator, the D-cop Mobile now allows for rapid triggering—up to 25 times per second! This means more efficient and discreet operations, invisible to drivers, and capable of monitoring multiple lanes, both day and night.
Our system has been engineered for flexibility and extreme conditions. It can be mounted on both tripods and vehicles, enforcing different speed limits for trucks and standard vehicles. Furthermore, it can detect other types of violations like tailgating, improper use of the hard shoulder, and incorrect lane usage by trucks.
The D-cop Mobile is designed to endure, functioning effectively in temperatures ranging from -25º to +60ºC, and can be installed in remote areas thanks to its solar panel compatibility. It is maintenance-free, operates with a lithium-ion battery that supports fast charging, and provides up to 15 hours of continuous operation.
We are proud to offer software that is both intuitive and available in multiple languages, making the D-cop Mobile accessible to a broader audience. At just 4kg, including the battery, it remains one of the lightest in the market.
