RMA POLICY Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy To process a request for a return, distributors must first obtain a corresponding Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from Italtraff, by contacting Italtraff Technical Support Team by email and providing the product serial number and the description of the product malfunctioning or return reason. The RMA number is valid for a period of thirty days from the date issued. Warranty Information

Product Warranty Intertraff warrants to the original purchaser that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects (“Warranty”) for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty does not apply to units that, after being inspected by Intertraff, have been found to have been subjected to, or have failed due to, abuse, accidents, mishandling, tampering or alteration, improper installation, improper power source, negligence, or opening of the enclosure. The Warranty also does not apply if the serial number has been removed or damaged.
