With proven experience in number plate recognition software, Intertraff has developed the next generation of Access Control and Security software to provide information at all times and under all conditions for round the clock operation.
Intertraff ANPR Manager has been developed for access control, car park management and traffic monitoring purposes.

As a number plate enters the field of view of the camera, Intertraff ANPR Manager software performs instant recognition and creates an event log. It can trigger other security equipment such as barriers to allow access to known vehicles or send an SMS message through a GPRS modem to inform Police operators about a stolen vehicle or even associate the exact speed of the vehicle, calculated by a radar speed measurement device, to the license plate reading. It is also possible to interface a RFID card reader.

For Access Control applications, Intertraff ANPR Manager allows the operator to search the image for a registration number and then displays all the entry and exit information for that vehicle. The database can be searched by date to show all traffic information for that day and over a specified time period.

Thanks to its Client / Server architecture, Intertraff ANPR Manager has the ability to monitor 64 lanes for up to 128 cameras, both local and remote and has the facility to centralize the information captured on a unique Server PC (Plate Cloner Client add-on requried).

Intertraff recommends to use its Infrared, all in one, Vehicle License Plate Capture Camera WalzCAM to enhance the License Plate recognition.
